Dr. Alonzo Johnson serves as an Associate Professor of Theology, specializing in systematic theology, theological anthropology, and ethics. His scholarly work investigates Holiness-Pentecostalism, African American theology, and Afro-Caribbean Christian traditions. He is the author of Good News for the Disinherited and co-editor of Ain’t Gonna Lay My Ligion Down, and he is Chief Editor and Senior Contributing Author of the Standardized Ordination & Licensure Textbook of the Church of God in Christ.
